How to Use a Butter Bell:

1. Pack Butter: Firmly pack approx 250g of room temperature (in a cold house in winter you may need to soften your butter in the microwave) butter into the lid, making sure not to leave air pockets.

2. Optional for Airtight Seal: Pour an inch of cold water into the base of the butter bell.

3. Store: Replace the lid and store away from direct sunlight. Replace water every three days.
